Brittany will lead you through your Pilates Class.
Pilates is about creating long, lean lines while moving the body in a continuous flow of movement that target the entire body. Pilates is incredibly effective at trimming down the stubborn thigh, hips, glutes, arms, and belly because we emphasize core stability and recruitment in every exercise. Learn to engage, strengthen, and move as well as open up and release the tight bound areas. Please bring you mat along (or 2), or a blanket to lay underneath your mat for more comfort, and a band.
