Week 1: Feet, Ankles, Knees, Calves & Hamstrings.
*This class will be 75 mins and will include an introduction to Self-Myofascial Release (SMFR). SMFR with the Yoga Tune Up therapy balls is best done on bare skin, where and when appropriate dress to have that area of the body exposed. Next best thing is tight fitting athletic wear.

Roll & Release is a therapeutic self-massage techniques designed to improve joint mobility and stability, reduce pain, improve posture, enhance performance, and calm the nervous system.
