Julia will lead you through your Pre/Postnatal Yoga Classes.
Prenatal yoga provides a way to incorporate exercise during pregnancy and can be a huge help in alleviating the aches and pains that come along with being pregnant. It can also help reduce stress or anxiety, aid with strength and flexibility. Prenatal yoga as a light form of exercise, helps to stimulate blood flow and support healthy circulation, It brings a plethora of benefits across the mind, body and soul, and a unique set of practices that can benefit us long after labor.
This series is specifically meant for students who are pregnant or in the postpartum phase. We offer a space where you feel physically and emotionally supported, fostering an environment that promotes community and connection.
