Intro to HIIT Pilates 4 Week Series
Together we will learn how to build muscle, increase our stamina and burn fat all while doing movements that are low impact and easy on our joints.
HIIT Pilates is a fun, challenging, full body workout that uses Pilates principles to help us engage our core and activate our glutes.
Each class is made for all ages and fitness levels. We will learn the basics of each movement and offer variations depending where you are on your fitness journey.
Classes are Tuesdays from 9am-10am
