Description

The Foundations of Strength Training for Boomers is a six-week small group training program that will teach you how to lift free weights with good technique to improve your strength. This class is low-impact and is suitable for those with joint replacements and for those new to strength training. All exercises will be done standing or seated in a chair (we will not be getting down on the floor). Develop the strength and confidence to do the activities that you love! This series is kept to a maximum of 6 members so that you get individualized attention to ensure you meet your goals.
