Foundations of Strength Training for Women
Do you want to increase your metabolism? Improve your bone density? Improve your posture? Or just feel stronger in all of your daily activities?
The Foundations of Strength Training for Women will teach you how to lift weights with good technique, how to make regular progress, and get excellent results from your workout sessions so you can get strong and live better in your body. Learn in a supportive, non-judgmental, and fun environment with other women just like you. This series is kept to a max of 6 members so that you get individualized attention to ensure you meet your goals.

Weights are provided. Bring a mat.
