This quiet class is a guided meditation and spiritual practice, created to enhance connection with yourself and your own healing journey. You will be gently guided through a restorative yoga sequence, with reiki healing before ending class with a peaceful sound bath

Suggested yoga supports needed: yoga mat, blankets, 2 pillows or bolster, two yoga blocks and comfortable clothing
