Usui Level 1 Class Description:
Awaken and connect to Reiki Energy through your First of three Reiki Attunements.
In this introductory course, you will become familiar with the history of Reiki, its personal and therapeutic uses, and receive your first Reiki attunement to the Life Force Energy. In this informal class, you will spend the day immersed in learning, discussing, and practicing all of the wonders of Reiki Energy
Christina is registered and certified Reiki Master Teacher with the Canadian Reiki Association and is a registered Social Worker (MSW) and Yoga Teacher (RYT-200).
