Together, we will acknowledge and celebrate how far we have come this year, the blessings we’ve had, and how much we have truly achieved.
Our class purposefully pauses for a (long) moment and appreciates all the gifts and guidance that we continue to receive in order to further open our hearts and increase the flow of love and abundance in and around our lives.
As we enter into the Fall Equinox and each new season, we’re offered the unique opportunity to start again and recreate our dreams and intentions again - refining what is really important to us. With a gentle movement, guided meditation, and mindful intentions, we will take time to truly honour ourselves.
Join us as we take another journey to the center of ourselves with Reiki healing, gratitude, and crystal singing bowls

*Yoga mat, blankets and pillows or a yoga bolster is encouraged for maximum comfort for our class
