The next Foundations of Strength Training for Women starts the following week – Tuesdays & Thursdays at 4:30 pm

Foundations of Strength Training for Women is a six week small group training program that will teach you how to lift free weights with good technique, how to make regular progress and get excellent results from your workout sessions. Learn in a supportive, non-judgmental, and fun environment with other women just like you. This series is kept to a max of 6 members so that you get individualized attention to ensure you meet your goals.
