Description

Elevate your pickleball game by focusing on enhancing your strength, agility, and endurance. These sessions are dynamic and engaging, incorporating a blend of weight training, functional movements and plyometrics aimed at boosting your strength, explosiveness, and stamina.

We train twice per week, for 6 weeks. This will include 2 different full body strength training programs. Each workout will include a warm-up focusing on muscle activation, mobility and drills specific to Pickleball, as well as a cool-down.

This series is kept to a max of 6 women so everyone receives personalized attention. Suitable for those new to strength training.
