In this six week small group training program, you will learn how to lift free weights with good technique, how to make regular progress and get excellent results from your workout sessions. Learn in a supportive, non-judgmental, and fun environment with other women just like you. This is in a private studio – no onlookers! The series is kept to a max of 6 members so that you get individualized attention to ensure you meet your goals. Suitable for beginners.
