During our practice together, we will get clear about our hopes, dreams, and intentions, & prepare to plant some seeds of hope for the year
Sound healing with crystal bowls & hands-on mini-reiki treatments during meditations will be offered, blankets and pillows encouraged for comfort during meditations and sound bath
You will leave this class feeling recharged & rejuvenated and ready for whatever your heart desires
Suggested Yoga supports needed:
Yoga mat, blankets, two pillows or bolster, two yoga blocks & comfortable clothing
