Join Ellie for a wonderfully relaxing pregnancy yoga class, perfect for focusing on you and your baby on a Sunday morning! Relaxation, breathing techniques, and gentle movement.

Suitable from 14 weeks of pregnancy, we'll ask you to fill in a confidential health questionnaire.

This course is in the studio. Please bring your own mat and make sure you follow all our Covid safety guidelines.
