A traditional, strong, yoga practice moving from asana (postures) into pranayama (breathing practices) to prepare for relaxation and meditation, with a focus on connecting movement and breath to still and calm the mind. Perfect for strengthening and opening both mind and body, bringing in balance and alignment for a greater sense of well-being and peace. Suitable for all levels.
