Description

Holding postures while working with your breath. Postures are supported by props (blocks, cushions) and are kept low to the ground so that we can work deep into the fascia and connective tissue surrounding our joints. This class can be as challenging as you want it to be. Class ends with relaxation (suitable for beginners).

This is an in-studio class, please bring your own mat. You might want to bring your own yoga blocks and a blanket but we do have plenty at the studio.
