Meditation with Brave Kind Minds - Sarah is back in the studio!

Come and find a pocket of peace amidst your chaos… join us in this cosy, welcoming class, no experience required. We’ll use easy mindful movement to ease tension in our bodies to help settle our minds.

Meditation and guided relaxation will then leave you feeling rested, restored and recharged. Bliss.

This class is a brilliant introduction if you haven't done meditation before. Please bring your own yoga mat and a cushion to sit on - it's also a good idea to wrap up warm to feel as cosy as possible!
