A drop-in class to try out our pregnancy yoga class, or to catch up on any missed from previous courses! Drop in and enjoy an hour of gentle prenatal yoga perfect for focusing on you and your baby! Relaxation, breathing techniques, and gentle movement.

Suitable from 14 weeks of pregnancy, we'll ask you to fill in a confidential health questionnaire.

This class is in the studio. Please bring your own mat and make sure you follow all our Covid safety guidelines.
