Description

Bring your baby with you for some gentle post-natal yoga in the studio.

An opportunity to stretch, relax and meet other local mums.

Postnatal exercises will help improve your core strength, relieve tension and restore energy within a supportive community. Suitable for mums with babies over 6 weeks (12 weeks post c-section) until your baby is on the move.

Feel free to feed, change and attend to your baby at any time. Tea and biscuits available post session.

No previous yoga experience is required.
