75-minute class followed by hot tea 🫖
Soothe your body with some healing Yin and Tonic. This once a month extended yin yoga class will help you unwind with mostly seated postures and long, deep holds to release stress in the body, increase circulation in the joints, lengthen connective tissue and improve flexibility. This calming, introspective class is the perfect complement to a regular vinyasa practice. Not to be missed.
