Description
This course visits the fundamentals of yoga each week over 6 weeks. It focuses on practice of the basic postures, simple variations, deep stretches and the first preparations towards chaturanga. You will work on deepening the breath through new breathing techniques and learn simple techniques to still the mind. This course is also ideal for those getting back into the practice after a lapse or simply wanting to revisit the basics.
This is designed as a complete course with each week focusing on a different theme and sequence so it isn't possible to drop into anyone of the classes as a one off.
