Join Sarah for a 75-minute workshop of easy meditation, breathing techniques and head-to-toe relaxation.

This workshop is for everyone, whether you've tried meditation before or if you're curious to see what it's like. It's really inclusive and there's no need for you to sit or move in a certain way.

Come along to reset, recharge and relax. Tea included.

This is an in-studio class. We have mats and cushions at the studio or you are welcome to bring your own.
