Description
A slow yoga class suitable for all levels including beginners and those who like a slower pace.
The class starts with Pranayama (breathing meditation) and mobilisation around the joints, warm up flow around the sun salutation, standing postures where asana are weaver together in sequences and the breath, floor postures and stretches and practice completes with 10 minutes of yoga Nidra (relaxation).
This is an in-studio class. Please bring your own mat.
