A slow yoga class suitable for all levels including beginners and those who like a slower pace.

Hatha is a traditional yoga practice moving from asana (postures) into pranayama (breathing practices) to prepare for relaxation and meditation, with a focus on connecting movement and breath to still and calm the mind. Perfect for strengthening and opening both mind and body, bringing in balance and alignment for a greater sense of well-being and peace.
