Join Caroline Skinner for an extra long special pregnancy yoga class incorporating elements of pilates. Expect relaxation, breathing techniques, and gentle movement.

Suitable from 14 weeks of pregnancy, we'll ask you to fill in a confidential health questionnaire.

This course is in the studio. Please bring your own mat and make sure you follow all our Covid safety guidelines.
