No matter what your experience is with yoga, this dynamic practice will have something to offer anyone seeking a shake up to their fitness routine. It may feel like a challenge to begin with, but focus and stamina build over time along with your belief and confidence in your mind and body. If you’re a little uncomfortable with the traditional style yoga class then this might be the one for you. But don’t be fearful of other yogis powering through, there’s no place for egos at LION classes and there is zero pressure to meet any expectations. There’ll be a bit of sweat and some offbeat tunes and always a little peaceful savasana to end.
