Anita is an experienced STOTT Pilates mat instructor starting a beginner's Pilates class at LION.
Anita ensures her classes are fun, dynamic, and empowering; the classes focus on you and what your body needs regarding mobility, function, strength, and flexibility.
The class will introduce you to pilates and will include both standing and mat-based movements to ensure that the exercises can be transferable to everyday life.
Anita is also a nutritionist and specialises in perimenopause and menopause nutrition with an approach that incorporates movement and lifestyle changes to enhance a women’s menopausal journey.
All ages and genders are welcome and no prior experience in Pilates is required.
