Pregnancy Yoga at LION is a gentle, nourishing class incorporating movement, breathing techniques and relaxation. The class offers an opportunity to step out of your day-to-day life and tune in to yourself and your growing baby. It’s also a great way to meet other local pregnant women.

Yoga in pregnancy can help to improve sleep, reduce anxiety, increase strength and flexibility as well as help to prepare you for birth and motherhood.

The class is suitable from 13 weeks gestation. If you have a high-risk pregnancy, please consult with your midwife or leading clinician before attending the class.

This course is in the studio. Please bring your own mat.
