Join us for a 3-week introductory course to Ayurveda where you can explore the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda and learn how to enhance your well-being naturally.

This in-person course will take place Sunday May 12th, 19th and 26th 2 - 4:30pm.

The course leader is Ayurveda practitioner and Yoga Therapist, Sara Palmer. She will guide you through various topics such as Ayurvedic diet, herbal remedies, yoga, meditation, and self-care routines especially for your individual mind-body constitution. You'll gain insights into how Ayurveda can help you manage stress, improve digestion, boost immunity, and enhance overall vitality.
