Alicia says: 'I have always found movement very beneficial for my own mental health and
ability to cope with the pressures of work and modern life . In my early
twenties I discovered yoga, my first class had a profound positive effect on
my state of mind and so I began my journey of practice and discovery, I am
passionate about sharing yoga philosophies as well as modern psychology
and personal development tools to support my clients and aid them to lead a
life they love.
I have been a qualified yoga teacher since 2013 and I teach hatha yoga, vinyasa flow, restorative and fitness flow yoga.'
