Description
A flowing yoga practice, where we’ll mindfully move with the breath and find that balance between challenge and ease – warming our bodies whilst calming the mind.
Please bring your own mat.
We ask you to wear a mask until you reach your mat, sanitise your hands when coming in and out of the studio, and maintain social distancing at all times between you and other students and teachers.
