Description

Gently explore the ways that the body can move through space by finding freedom, curiosity and ease.

Suitable for all abilities, this is a gentle class, focusing on your body, breath and mind.

This is an online class. You will just need a mat and any props you might find useful - eg blocks or a blanket. A water bottle and something warm for relaxation is a really good idea too.
