Please bring your own mat.
This class will begin with breath and intention setting, before slowly warming up the whole body. Connecting breath and movement, you will flow through a selection of vinyasas that will leave you feeling energised and invigorated. These classes will work on balance, strength, fitness, and the act of self love. Suitable for all levels, though not recommended for complete beginners.
