Description
Please bring your own mat (we do have some that you can borrow if you don't have one), wear comfortable clothes, and be prepared to practise in bare feet.
This accessible introductory course for men will provide you with the foundations of yoga, postures, breath work & guided relaxation; providing you with knowledge & confidence to help you tune into your body. Many of the world's top athletes complement their training with a regular yoga practice as a way to improve strength, mobility & flexibility.
The course is open to all ages, shapes, sizes and physical abilities - you certainly don't need to be able to touch your toes and everyone is welcome!
We ask you to wear a mask until you reach your mat, sanitise your hands when coming in and out of the studio, and maintain social distancing at all times between you and other students and teachers.
