New to yoga? Then you’re in the right place and that’s always a good start!
This weekly class will provide you with direction and support as you move into postures and feel the benefits that yoga provides.
Not only can you expect to improve your functional movement but yoga can also help to reduce stress and anxiety, improve your sleep patterns and aiding in relaxation; benefitting physical, mental and emotional health and wellbeing.
The course is open to all ages, shapes and sizes. You certainly don't need to be able to touch your toes to come and join the fun!
Please bring your own mat (we do have some that you can borrow if you don't have one), wear comfortable clothes, and be prepared to practise in bare feet.
We ask you to wear a mask until you reach your mat, sanitise your hands when coming in and out of the studio, and maintain social distancing at all times between you and other students and teachers.
