New to yoga? Want to try a slow class? Then you’re in the right place and that’s always a good start!

Our weekly gentle exploratory classes, guided by Sharon, will provide you with direction and support as you move into postures and feel the benefits that yoga provides.

Not only can you expect to improve your functional movement but yoga can also help to reduce stress and anxiety, improve your sleep patterns and aiding in relaxation; benefitting physical, mental and emotional health and wellbeing.

The course is open to all ages, shapes and sizes. You certainly don't need to be able to touch your toes to come and join the fun!

This is an online class. You will just need a mat and any props you might find useful - eg blocks or a blanket. A water bottle and something warm for relaxation is a really good idea too.
