Description
Expect fluidity, sweat and fun. Playing with new transitions to familiar poses. In these classes we will combine rhythmic movements with music and breath. We will explore yogic philosophy and how this can link to life on and off the mat.
Please bring your own mat. You might want to bring yoga blocks and a blanket for relaxation.
We ask you to wear a mask until you reach your mat, sanitise your hands when coming in and out of the studio, and maintain social distancing at all times between you and other students and teachers.
