Description
Please bring your own mat and something comfortable (a pillow, cushion or blankets) for the meditation.
A flowing yoga practice, where we’ll mindfully move with the breath and find that balance between challenge and ease – warming our bodies whilst calming the mind. This will be followed by a guided meditation designed to enhance focus and well-being.
We ask you to wear a mask until you reach your mat, sanitise your hands when coming in and out of the studio, and maintain social distancing at all times between you and other students and teachers.
