Please bring your own mat.
A gentle slow flow class based around the yogic concept of santosa - contentment. A chance to slow down, reconnect with your beautiful body and soul and explore moments of gratitude whether you're nailing a pose or your muscles are shaking all over the place!
We ask you to wear a mask until you reach your mat, sanitise your hands when coming in and out of the studio, and maintain social distancing at all times between you and other students and teachers.
