Please bring your own mat.

This class embodies yoga and strength, with longer held poses than your average vinyasa class. Students will be encouraged to challenge themselves. There will be core work and strength building isometric holds. This class is recommended for those with a solid basic foundation in their yoga practice.

We ask you to wear a mask until you reach your mat, sanitise your hands when coming in and out of the studio, and maintain social distancing at all times between you and other students and teachers.
