Time for you: regular meditation can lead to greater energy, increased well-being, focus and calm in all aspects of your life. You will be guided through a variety of led-meditations – from body scans and relaxing visualisations, to breath-work and the Buddhist-inspired practice of Metta Bhavana.

Please bring your own mat and anything else you need to feel comfortable (a cushion, pillows, blankets).

We ask you to wear a mask until you reach your mat, sanitise your hands when coming in and out of the studio, and maintain social distancing at all times between you and other students and teachers.
