A warming and playful 30 minute Vinyasa flow followed by 30 minutes of restorative long-hold yin postures. The Yin & Yang! Shake off the day & then rest & relax...

Please bring your own mat. You might want to bring yoga blocks and a blanket for relaxation.

We ask you to wear a mask until you reach your mat, sanitise your hands when coming in and out of the studio, and maintain social distancing at all times between you and other students and teachers.
