This class is both online and in the studio, you can do either! If you are coming to the studio please bring your own mat and follow our Covid-19 safety guidelines on our website.

Uncertainty and change don’t just impact on the lives of adults, the younger generation are also feeling emotionally overwhelmed at this time. Anxieties, worries about not seeing friends for an unknown amount of time all whilst going through adolescence can lead to an imbalance in the mind, body and home environment. Yoga is highly beneficial for teens as it reduces stress, builds strength, improves mood, rejuvenates the senses through relaxation and enables a smooth transition into adulthood.

Our Teen Yoga classes aim to shift mindsets, develop self-love and boost mental well-being. Young adults will build concentration, boost confidence and learn to let go of worries they may have through breathwork, postures and mindfulness.

Sharon is a qualified primary teacher and yoga instructor. With children and adults living in a ā€˜fast paced’ society with pressures from school/work and modern influences, this is the perfect way to counter balance such pressures whilst spending much needed quality time instilling the foundations for a healthy body, mind and outlook on life.
