Description

This is an online course. You will need a yoga mat, some pillows or a bolster, some yoga blocks or books, a blanket and some water.

The 4-week course is suitable for mums-to-be who are more than 14 weeks pregnant and we will ask you to fill in a health questionnaire before the course starts.

Rest, relax and connect with your baby.

The sessions will focus on breath work, relaxation techniques and movement to help in pregnancy and birth. It's also a chance to meet other women sharing this incredible journey – share experiences and make some mum-to-be friends if you want to!

No previous experience of yoga required.
