An uplifting, playful Vinyasa flow to shake up your working week. An intermediate practice with plenty of options and a chance to challenge yourself before ending with more restorative postures to leave you feeling energised and refreshed.

This is an in-studio class. Please bring your own mat, water bottle, towel etc. Please help us to keep everyone safe by following our Covid-19 safety procedures.

The class will open, lengthen and release those tight spots in your body and prepare you for the day ahead.
Class ends with relaxation and is suitable for beginners.
