A compassionate morning yoga flow in a Vinyasa style. Awaken the body through a series of fluid movements and deep stretches. This class will open, lengthen and release those tight spots in your body and prepare you for the day ahead.

This is a mixed ability class. A regular yoga practice is recommended. Class ends with blissful relaxation to leave you feeling amazing!

Rhi's classes are always well planned and full of variety, you never know what you are going to get! The sequences are suitable for a wide spectrum of abilities as they generally get steadily more challenging as the class progresses so you always have the choice to stay with the previous option and work at your level.

This is an in-studio class. Please bring your own mat. You might want to bring yoga blocks and a blanket for relaxation.
