A wee New Years fitness blast for 20 mins every Monday to start the week off right!
No equipment needed but feel free to include small dumbbells into the workout if you have them available.

Stretch away the cobwebs of working all day, or sitting all day,or running after kids all day! Take back your postural power and make some space for yourself to wind down properly, ready for dinner and the night ahead.

I have included a 2+ participants option, but that's at your discretion!

*Please note I operate a 12 hour cancellation policy on all classes and sessions*

*if you book the parent + child option (up to 15 years old) you must email me so I can add TWO spaces to the class, ie you and your child, instead of only the one booking / mat space, which the register will do.*

**If you cancel your place on the day of class, payment must be made in full.** Most studios ask for 24 hours notice and subsequent payment, but I'm only asking for on the day, I hope you understand :-)

A general yoga flow class suitable for all levels of fitness.

Be you a novice or a more advanced yogi, you're ore than welcome here as there is something for everyone :-)

You DON'T have to be flexible to do yoga - this is why you GO to yoga!

My classes are light-hearted and fun - none too serious! - and as challenging as you wish them to be. The pace is your own.

Men/women/teenagers all welcome.
