Strengthen your body and deepen your practice with Irène, a certified Pilates teacher and Physiotherapist. During her classes, Irène will combine strength work with postural alignment. Through this practice, you will enjoy a full-body work with a focus on breathing and deep core strength.
Pilates is a holistic method designed to elongate, strengthen, and restore the body to balance. It is a mat-based workout, considering the whole body (core, legs, bum, and arms), improving posture and overall fitness level, while restoring optimum physical function.
