The second half of the class shifts toward deep restoration. Transitioning mostly to the floor, we focus on mindful mobility and long-held stretches to release tension in the hips, hamstrings, and upper back. By combining the power of a flow with the stillness of deep stretching, this class creates space in both the body and the spirit, leaving you with a profound sense of clarity and lightness.
