Join me on Wednesday evenings for a strong vinyasa flow to energise body and mind. We’ll build heat through dynamic movement, cultivating strength, balance and breath awareness, before easing into deep stretches to release tension and restore space in the body. The practice closes with a lengthy savasana, allowing you to fully unwind, the perfect reset to carry you through the rest of the week.
